I built Alvaea after seeing how much unnecessary friction a single probate property could create for someone I cared about. The bottlenecks, frustration, delays, pivots, and lost profit were not inevitable. They were symptoms of a system that had not been updated.
Communication across parties was unclear. No one always knew which documents were needed, when they were needed, or who owned the next action. Attorneys deserved better visibility. Families deserved more reassurance. Properties deserved a coordinated path to a responsible new owner.
When the system I created helped resolve one situation, I realized it was a system more probate attorneys were needing. Thanks to the talented team at Playhaus, my vision was materialized into what is the Alvaea Engine: the software that will help reduce stress, long timelines, and lost profits in probate cases across Indiana.
